A Common Humanity, a Rich Community
While The Summit is a Catholic school, we are a multicultural community that enjoys all the blessings and benefits of diversity. Mindful that we are all God’s children, The Summit welcomes all who wish to learn and grow as spiritual beings.
Approximately 40% of our student body is non-Catholic, and ethnic minorities comprise15% of our student population. We attract students from throughout Ohio and nearby Kentucky. Each year, more than 130 new students enroll from private, public, and international schools. Socioeconomic diversity is another value of our program. To ensure that The Summit’s excellent educational opportunities are available to all, financial aid is available to qualified families whose children are in grades seven through 12.
The combined contributions from these different voices, as well as the rich and varied perspectives and experiences they share, help foster a level of sensitivity and awareness that cannot be achieved solely through academic study. As a community, we acknowledge our similarities and celebrate our differences, which helps to prepare our students for the diverse world they will inhabit.
