Cincinnati Scholastic Chess Series Winner

Eighth grader Tino Delamerced has won first place in two tournaments of the Cincinnati Scholastic Chess Series, high school division. In addition, along with contributions from Upper School students. Anna Delamerced, Tim Eschenbacher, and Matt Ahlgren, the chess team is currently in first place. The Summit is the defending city champion in both the team and individual championships.
