Meaghan FitzGerald, senior at Summit Country Day School, is one of 84 elite soccer players from across the U.S. selected to be a member of the 2006 NSCAA/aididas Girls Youth All-America Team. The selection process for the NSCAA/adidas Girls Youth All-America Team begins with a watch list of the top 130-140 U.S. youth soccer players compiled by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. These players are observed during the year at top competitions across the country. The watch list is then reviewed by a panel of coaches and members of the U.S. Women’s National staff who select 84 players to the NSCAA/adidas Girls Youth All-America Team.

Meaghan is also a member of The National Honor Society and the Latin Honor Society. Meaghan will be attending Duke University in the Fall where she will be a member of the Women’s Soccer Team.
