2009 -2010 Preview

 
The Summit Girls’ Basketball program will be led by two returning starters this season, Senior Brianne Ward and Junior Brittany Williams.  The team is young this season returning only 3 upper classmen, but Coach Simmons has high expectations for the young team.  Coach Simmons really likes the positive energy this team has and looks forward to watching them grow throughout the season.  Many young players will have to step up this season.  Returning varsity players are Junior Jenna Joseph and Sophomores Rachel Fladung, Jen List, Dominique Wreh, and Jasmine Jenkins.  We also have 3 freshmen that will see quality playing time this year, Kylie Allen, Amauria Campbell and Izzie Englehart.
 
The Summit was picked to finish 3rd in the league and has moved back to Div. 4 for tournament time.
