The diversity of the student population is a value actively promoted at The Summit. Educational costs are funded principally by tuition and we recognize the commitment and sacrifice that families make to finance tuition. In recognition of this, the Summit Board of Trustees has created a variety of ways in which parents can pay the tuition for their children. Financial aid may be awarded to qualifying families who have children in grades 1-12. The amount of money available for the financial assistance programs is stipulated each year by the Board of Trustees.
Families wishing to apply for financial aid must do so by contacting the Admission Office for the necessary procedures and forms. A signed copy of Tax Form 1040 is required. Click here for more information regarding financial aid programs.
The Summit Country Day School also provides academic scholarship opportunities for students in grades 9-12. The Board of Trustees determines the amount of the funds annually for these programs. The Scholarship and Financial Assistance Committees review all scholarship and financial aid matters and make recommendations to the Head of School for final decision.
